Therefore, we offer a quick, easy and transparent exchange and return process, based on the Consumer Protection Code. The refund of the amount can be requested within 7 calendar days after receiving the product. Requests outside this period will automatically be converted to a voucher for use on the website.

Requests must be made within 30 calendar days after receiving the product (tracking code date).

Products purchased online can be exchanged at any Lofty Style physical store, presenting the invoice, within 30 days of receipt. Important: Products exchanged in a physical store cannot be returned via the website. Products purchased in a physical store cannot be returned, only exchanged.
The first return receives free postage authorization via the Post Office. From the second request onwards, shipping is at the customer's expense. For your convenience, all exchange or return requests for the same order must be made in a single request. If you choose to exchange only part of the products and later request the exchange or return of the remaining items, this new request will be considered a second exchange. In this situation, the shipping and return logistics costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges and returns are processed within 6 working days after receipt, with delivery times in line with the Post Office (PAC) standard.

Our knits are delicate pieces made with special details. We recommend care in packaging and use, avoiding contact with accessories that could pull wires or damage the piece. We do not exchange parts with pulled wires or damage caused by misuse.
