

Delivery of products will be made upon approval of the order, through internal credit analysis by the Company. The consumer may receive calls or emails requesting confirmation of personal data.
E-Sedex Delivery: 5 working days.
Sedex Delivery: 4 working days.
Delivery Pac: 7 working days.
The deadline for receiving the order will be counted from the date of posting, counting 1 business day more than the date informed.
The delivery time for products varies depending on the location and method chosen.
We will send a postage code to your email (1st exchange) and with it you will return your merchandise to us via post at no cost. Along with the part(s), include the exchange form, filled out with your desire to exchange. For more information, see our exchanges and returns policy.
After the second exchange, the return is the responsibility of the customer and the Company reserves the right to charge shipping for the new product. Unless the product has a manufacturing problem.
As soon as we receive your product in excellent condition, as described above, we will provide credit for the value of the part(s) to be exchanged and the customer will be informed via email so that a new purchase can be made.
If the requested product is no longer available in stock, the customer may choose another item of the same or higher value, as long as they pay the difference.
