Giftback is a bonus generated from a purchase made at one of our physical stores or via our online shop. After your purchase, you receive a 10% bonus to use on your next purchase.
To check your Giftback balance, simply log in, and it will be available in your shopping cart.

1. How does the Lofty Style Giftback work?
Giftback is a bonus worth 10% of the total value of your most recent purchase (made in-store or online), available as a discount on your next purchase. To ensure you receive your bonus, please provide your correct mobile number when registering.
2. I bought something in a physical store; can I use the Giftback online?
Yes! Giftback can be used both online and in physical stores.
On the website, simply enter the PIN in the designated field. The PIN is sent to your registered mobile number.
3. I bought something online; can I use the Giftback in a physical store?
Yes! Seven days after your purchase, you can use your Giftback at one of our physical stores.
Simply provide your registered mobile number so the sales associate can locate your Giftback.
A security PIN will be sent to your mobile phone; provide this to the sales associate to apply the value to your purchase.
4. How is the Giftback generated?
-In-store purchases: You receive an SMS on the same day with details regarding the Giftback value and expiration date.
-Online purchases: You will receive an SMS on the day the order is invoiced, as well as an email with the details.
5. Does the Giftback expire?
Yes. It is valid for 45 calendar days, starting from the activation date, which occurs 7 days after the purchase date. ## 6. Are there rules or limitations on using Giftback?
Yes. Giftback cannot be combined with other promotions and/or coupons and cannot be applied to the purchase of discounted products. During promotional campaign periods, Giftback redemption may be suspended, and its validity extended. Giftback is for personal use and is non-transferable.
7. Can I use the Giftback amount to pay for my entire purchase?
Giftback can be used to offset up to 30% of the purchase value during redemption.
8. Can I redeem Giftback partially?
Yes. Partial use of Giftback is valid for purchases made both online and in physical stores. However, if you choose to use only a portion of the amount, the remaining balance will expire and cannot be used on another occasion.
9. Does the purchase where I redeemed my Giftback generate a new Giftback amount for future use?
Yes. The purchase used to redeem a Giftback also generates a 10% Giftback for future use.
10. I returned an order. Can I use the same Giftback again?
If you return or exchange one or more products from your order, you cannot use the same Giftback again, even if the order value changes. Giftback is generated based on the original purchase value, and the redemption of the used Giftback will be reversed (if the item was paid for using Giftback credit). Giftback is a discount coupon applied directly to a new purchase; it is neither refundable nor extendable.
